Hip-Hop Inaugural Ball 2013

2008, Russell Simmons created a celebration that had many hip-hop celebrities come together and  celebrate the inauguration of America's first black president, Barack Obama. Now reelected  four years later, new and old hip hop celebrities have come together again in his honor.
